Privacy Notice for Participation in the

Transforming Performance Transparency Initiative



This privacy notice informs you about the processing of your personal data in connection with your participation in the Transforming Performance Transparency Initiative. The survey is conducted using an online tool provided by enuvo GmbH (Switzerland).

Joint controllers pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR are ResFutura and WWF Germany. ResFutura and WWF Germany have entered into a joint controllership agreement in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing


Your data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Participation in the Transparency Initiative / survey – based on your voluntary consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
  • Collection and use of your professional contact details for transparent communication, possible follow-up in the context of the evaluation, and the preparation of the Family Office Handbook and database – based on the legitimate interests of the joint controllers (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The legitimate interest lies in ensuring communication with participating organizations and in preparing the results in a professional and transparent manner.



3. Data Collected


The following data may be collected in the course of the survey:

  • Company-related information (e.g. size, focus, region)
  • Strategic information in the context of the project
  • Name, position, and professional contact details (mandatory for participant registration)
  • Voluntary additional information (e.g. comments)



4. Joint Controllership and Data Recipients


  • ResFutura and WWF Germany jointly process the collected data.
  • The organizational and technical implementation is primarily handled by ResFutura, which also acts as the main contact point for data subjects.
  • WWF Germany receives access to the collected data for joint evaluation.
  • Technical service provider is enuvo GmbH, Zurich, Switzerland (survey platform). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with enuvo GmbH.



5. Storage Period


Data will only be stored as long as necessary for conducting and evaluating the Transparency Initiative. All personal data will be deleted no later than 90 days after completion of the survey.



6. Your Rights


You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), objection (Art. 21 GDPR), and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Regardless of the internal allocation of responsibilities, you may exercise your rights against either controller. Your primary contact point is ResFutura (see section 1).



7. Use of the enuvo GmbH Survey Platform


The survey is technically conducted via the platform of enuvo GmbH, Zurich, Switzerland. When using the platform, technical information is automatically processed (e.g. IP address, time of access, cookies where applicable). This processing is carried out under the sole responsibility of enuvo GmbH. Further information is available at: https://www.umfrageonline.com/datenschutz
Switzerland is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR.
